Why is the handle of my tennis racket shaped funny?
Babolat Zylon Matrix handle is kind of " hour glass" shaped in that it is concave in the middle. I've searched the internet for similar rackets but can't really tell by the pictures. I bought it used and loaned it to my daughter to see if it would fix her wrist pain and it has, so I've been looking for a similar one for her. I'm wondering now if this was a modification to the handle.

Getting headaches and dizziness from playing tennis?
I'm a teenage girl who get headaches gets dizzy from playing tennis. I play basketball as well but only seem to get headaches dizziness while playing tennis. I drink a lot of water but do not think that it is from dehydration. Although it does not happen every time I play but does happen a lot. I also don't know if it is from sun because it happens a lot when I play indoor tennis. Any ideas?
When playing tennis, my shoulder pops when I serve?
Today I went to serve for a couple hours and I noticed after serving for about an hour, when I served, my shoulder would pop. It didn't hurt and it didn't make a noise, I could just feel what felt like a pop. Over the summer I played 3 to 4 times a week but since it's winter and it's cold, I've only been able to play every 2 to 3 weeks when we get a warm day. The only thing I think may be causing it is that I'm hitting harder and I'm leaning back and reaching for the ball more than I used to after watching professional tennis on TV and reading online to figure out how I could serve better. It's never done this before and I'm scared it's going to get worse. If you could tell me what you think may be causing this I would greatly appreciate it Also, if you know any shoulder exercises that I could do to strengthen my shoulder, I would appreciate that too Thank you

I am12 but nearly 13 so for my tennis club my parents sign me up for the 13 16 years old and the 11 12 so first I start with the 11 12 and I'm one of the worst in there but I'm fine with it and for the 13 16 one wow, all of them are great and I feel like the odd one out, they are all high school kids and so tall and everything and me a small intermediate girl that can hardly hit a ball I want to quite but. Y parents have something to do at that time so I have to go, I feel so embressed when I have to play with them, last week when i played I didn't hit any ball and also hit a ball on my head by my self, I'm i'm just amazing aren't I so I have to go soon I don't know what to do Help plzzz
